Mabuhay! Welcome to The Book Fancier. My name is Ediljoy and I'm from Manila, Philippines. I decided to create this book blog as my online list of the books I will read this year 2011. This blog also includes reviews, quotes and cover photos.
I love reading young adult books. Mostly fantasy, sci-fi, dystopian, and romance. I also like historical fantasy and romance. I have a soft spot in mystery books because I really enjoy them. Any genre will do, depends on my liking and my mood. The books that I review here are mostly self-bought or given as gifts by my awesome bookworm friends. Some are ebooks and some are old books I have on my shelf.

I like talking about the books I read. Books make me happy and I'm a certified bookworm! Just like the name of my blog, I fancy books! I like to collect books and I cherish every book I read. I'm looking forward to meeting other book bloggers and connect with them through this blog.
